BALLOON FLIGHT
The balloon flight starts early in the morning (between 6:30 a.m and 8:00 a.m, according to the season) when the wind is calmer and the atmosphere is cooler and more stable.

During the flight, we make a toast with pink cava or juice, which symbolizes the colour of the volcanoes and try a slice of coca de llardons, a delicious local cake.
