Ballooning, the experience to be lived
In this pack we offer you a gastronomic getaway to La Garrotxa. Balloon flight with us and dinner at the 1 Michelin star at restaurant Ca l'Enric.
Early in the morning (between 7 a.m and 8 a.m, according to the season) you will enjoy the thrill of flying over the dormant volcanoes of La Garrotxa, the only volcanoes in Catalonia.
You enjoy a cup of coffee and a pastry in Vol de Coloms facilities, meanwhile we are preparing the hot air balloons. You can take as many photos as you wish and help us to prepare the balloon.
All our baskets have a door so, they are accessible to all kinds of public.
You will fly in a hot-air-balloon and float in the still, calm air as you are carried away by the wind … and as you sip a glass of cava and taste a pastry, a savoury local cake.
Flight lasts approximately 1 hour to 1 hour 30 min. The wind decides our flight path.
Once back on solid ground, our ground team, who have been following our flight, pick us up in a 4×4 vehicle and take us to enjoy a hearty cooked breakfast of bread and tomato, Santa Pau haricot beans and botifarra a Catalan national dish, desserts from Cooperativa la Fageda, wine and ratafia, a local herbal liquor.
Finally, we give you a flight diploma.

In the evening you will enjoy the culinary delights of the gastronomic menu of the Michelin star restaurant Ca l'Enric.
Located in the Vall de Bianya, a few kilometers from Olot, the restaurant, a former family hostel and current reference of the gastronomy of the Garrotxa, is a space of great contrasts with the surroundings. A design space, with a modern cellar which we can visit, a pure design room and a private one with views of the stove.
The Ca l’Enric Restaurant invites you to discover all the essence of traditional cuisine, a cuisine of local products, treated in each dish with great creativity and imagination. Delight in creative proposals, memories and captivating tastes and flavors.
