Early on the first day you will enjoy the thrill of flying over the dormant volcanoes of La Garrotxa, the only volcanoes in Catalonia. You will fly in a hot-air-balloon and float in the still, calm air as you are carried away by the wind … and as you sip a glass of cava and taste a slice of coca de llardons, a savoury local cake.
