At first light you will have the chance to fly in a hot-air balloon over the volcanoes.
Given that you will have got up so early, once at Vol de Coloms facilities we offer you a cup of coffee and a pastry as you watch us prepare the hot-air balloon.
All our baskets have a door so, they are accessible to all kinds of public.
During the ballon flight, you drift on the wind over the dormant volcanoes of La Garrotxa Volcanic Zone Natural Park as you sip a glass of cava and try a slice of coca de llardons, a delicious savoury local cake. You float in perfect calm and silence for around 1h 30 min, all the while enjoying a bird’s-eye view of the landscape below.
Once back on solid ground, our ground team, who have been following our flight, pick us up in a 4×4 vehicle and take us to enjoy a hearty cooked breakfast of bread and tomato, Santa Pau haricot beans and botifarra a Catalan national dish, desserts from Cooperativa la Fageda, wine and ratafia, a local herbal liquor.
Finally, we give you a flight diploma signed by the pilot.

This restaurant was born in 2012 and, the Catalan meaning of the name "Compartir" is share, and for this reason is normal share the dishes in the center of the table. They combine traditional cuisine with avant-garde cuisine.
The emblematic building that houses this restaurant has a large outdoor courtyard, dating from the eighteenth century and has been carefully and tastefully renovated.
Currently, the Compartir restaurant has the recognition of the main gastronomic guides and is recommended in the Michelin Guide.
