Overnight stay at Can Mencio, at the very heart of the medieval village of Santa Pau.
Balloon flight with champagne and crackling pancake are served during the trip, followed by lunch on landing, consisting of roasted sausage and beans from Santa Pau, and bread with tomato spread on top served with an assortment of cured sausages.
