We take off with the first morning light. Flight time takes 1h to 1.5h. Champagne and crackling pancake are served during the trip, followed by lunch on landing, consisting of roasted sausage and beans from Santa Pau, and bread with tomato spread on top served with an assortment of cured sausages.
